You pray when you don’t feel it.
You exercise when you don’t feel like it.
You eat dinner instead of ice cream.
You eat dinner instead of nothing.
You’re gentle with yourself even when you feel unlovable.
You go to bed on time.
You agree to do it again in the morning.
